     Many of the other companies will require services be performed on a specific schedule, even though the services will not truly result in a benefit to the customer.  This is not a practice that will be performed by Kohart’s Lawn Care.  Our company believes that type of practice is strictly a safety net for the business side to ensure a set incoming financial stability.  Doing this type of business does not provide an  equal benefit to the customer side.  The world works best in win-win situations.  A benefit must be equally developed for both the business and the customer to ensure a long term relationship.  This is the basis of Kohart’s Lawn Care.  Providing quality services at reasonable prices in a timely manner.  This is accomplished while keeping the customer in control of the situation at hand.
